Your safety and wellbeing is, as always, our number one priority. In light of this, we’re adopting new measures to help keep you safe. Please have a look below, and if you have any questions feel free to get in touch.
You must not attend if you have a continuous cough, elevated temperature or loss of sense of taste or smell. You also must not attend if you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, have been told to self-isolate, or have been in close contact with someone who meets any of the above conditions at any point in the past 14 days. Extremely vulnerable persons are asked to consider the risks of any non-essential activity.
Booking and Payment
To make sure we can accommodate you, and to allow us to maintain physical distance as required by guidelines, all tours must be prebooked and prepaid. You can pay by bank transfer or card online.
Every member of your party must tell us if they have experienced any symptoms of coronavirus in the 14 days before your booking, or have met any of the requirements to self isolate. If this is the case we will reschedule your tour.
We clean and sterilise all equipment between each use, including wetsuits and buoyancy aids. While we do provide wetsuits and shoes, you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Please also bring swimwear, sunscreen and a towel. Please try to only bring minimal personal belongings, or keep these in your car. You can also bring a camera but keep in mind that salt water is especially bad for electronics and we bear no responsibility for any loss or damage.
On The Day
Please use the provided hand gel upon entering the premises and throughout your time with us. Please wear a mask while in indoor areas, and maintain a minimum of a 1m distance from others at all times. Your instructor will give you instructions to help with this. We will conduct as much of your jetski experience outdoors, including safety briefings, as is reasonably possible.
Please also wear a mask between the changing area and your jetski. As you board and disembark, your instructor will hold the ski in the water to help you on and off, facing away from you. Please keep your mask on for this.
We’ll monitor government guidelines and make changes to this policy as is necessary, so please check back often. Get in touch if you need to cancel due to a positive diagnosis, requirement to self-isolate, or symptoms associated to coronavirus. If your tour can’t go ahead due to any future changes in law or guidelines, we’ll let you know in order to reschedule.
We know things are different right now, but by following policies based on government guidelines, we hope to provide you with a fun and, critically, safe experience.
